DLTB Bus Sucks!

Nakakabadtrip ang experience ko noong Dec. 30. 2011, 3pm, sa DLTB 418 na byaheng Lucena.. tumirik sa SLEX sa may Asia Pacific College bago dumating ng Magallanes. Ilang minuto pa lang nakaalis sa Buendia Terminal, sablay na agad. Tagal namin naka-tengga sa Shell Station, sabi ng driver at konduktor nagtext na raw sila sa terminal nagrequest na raw sila ng replacement bus.. sitting capacity na yung 418 at may 4 na nakatayo.. bayad na rin kami... pero walang dumating na replacement bus, instead, isinakay nila unti-unti ang mga pasahero sa dumaang bus nila na puno na rin (427 at 505) dahil ayaw daw mag-dispatch sa Buendia ng replacement bus.. tiis tiis daw muna kami tumayo.. nakatayo ako sa 505 hanggang San Pablo! badtrip! Siksikan na nga kami sa loob ng 505 na 'yun, nakuha pa ng driver na pumick-up ng pasahero along the way from Turbina! a worst year end experience with Del Monte Land Transport Bus Comapny (DLTB).. what the heck!!!

Kung nakita lang sana ng mga bosing ng DLTB ang hirap na dinanas namin sa kamay ng mga inutil nyong empleyado.. nakakaawa ang mga pasahero,,lalo na yung mga matatandang may dala-dalang bagahe.. grabeng parusa dinanas namin sa pagsakay sa inyo! Tapos yung konduktor nyo sa 418 ay may pagka-arogante at bastos, matapos makuha yung ticket namin eh hindi mo makausap ng maayos, iwas ng iwas sa mga pasahero.. at noong isakay kami sa dalawang kasunod na byaheng Lucena (427 at 505), ang sabi pa eh magtayaga daw muna kami tumayo.. ganun daw talaga... so arrogant!!! kaya umani sya ng katakot-takot na mura mula sa mga pasaher..1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, plus more hours of standing while travelling isn't justifiable..

To the company, review your policy with regards to this kind of situation.. i suggest you better fire those incompetent personnel/s who are not in proper disposition during that time in making a sound decision, specially the dispatcher/operations manager on-duty that day in your Buendia Terminal.. You should have cared enough for your passengers since we are your bread and butter..

Noong lumabas ang DLTB, sa kanila na lagi kami sumasakay, in hope na they will be like that of the then BLTB na tinangkilik ng mga tao dahil sa asikaso at concern sa pasahero.. pero mukhang iba yata style ng company na ito, hindi public servcice.. profit from public yata lamang ang concern nila.. I am a regular Lucena weekly passenger,and sad to say, I might shift back to JAC Liner again..

Motorcycle-riding gunmen shot dead three officials of a barangay (village) in Caloocan City in a brazen payroll robbery in Bulacan province Monday noon. The officials of Barangay 176 in Caloocan City were ambushed at Barangay Bahay Pare in Meycauayan, Bulacan, radio dzBB's Denver Trinidad reported. Police are now tracking down the motorcycle-riding men, who took some P3 million in payroll money. The dzBB report identified the fatalities as Rodora Gomito, treasurer of Barangay 176; driver Jaime Mendoza; and a liaison officer. A separate report on dzRH identified the third fatality as Dona Medallos. The dzRH report cited initial information indicating the victims passed through Bahay Pare village in Meycauayan City at about 1 p.m. after withdrawing the money from a branch of the Land Bank of the Philippines.

But at Bahay Pare village, at least four motorcycle-riding men blocked their path and fired on them, then took some P3.1 million in cash.

MANILA, Nov. 28, 2011— A Catholic bishop has found “unnecessary” the proposal to rename Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) to "Cory Aquino Avenue".

Besides, according to Cubao Bishop Honesto Ongtioco, there are already some statues named after the mother of President Benigno Aquino III, including his father, the late and former Senator Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino Sr.

“It’s not necessary. We have statues of Cory and Ninoy in Luneta and in other places,” said Ongtioco. “The international airport is even named after Ninoy.”

The bishop was reacting to a House Bill 5422 filed by Bohol Rep. Rene Relampagos that seeks to rename EDSA from Caloocan City to Pasay City, after the President Corazon Aquino.

EDSA had been the site two people power revolts that toppled the Marcos and Estrada administration.

“One cannot think of the 1986 EDSA Revolution without thinking of former President Corazon Aquino,” said Relampagos.

The measure is now pending with the committee on public works and highways of the House of Representatives. [CBCPNews]

The Aquino government is too focused on cleaning up after the Arroyo administration and not doing enough in uplifting the living conditions of the Filipinos, a Catholic bishop said.

Speaking to church-run Radyo Veritas, Sorsogon Bishop Arturo Bastes reminded the government that there are more pressing problems that need immediate action aside from issues hounding Arroyo.

“Mas maraming problema ang bansa na mas dapat i-hype at pagtuunan ng pansin kaysa kay Arroyo,” said Bastes who was a known critic of Arroyo during her term.

He said that among the problems that need the government’s attention are poor health and education services, extra-judicial killings, land reform, labor contractualization schemes, and mining and other environmental abuses.

“Ito ang mga social issues na may kinalaman sa pagpapaunlad sa buhay ng mga mahihirap,” said the Sorsogon prelate.

He, then, urged Malacañang to leave the Arroyo issue to the rightful government agency such as the Department of Justice and the Supreme Court.

“May tamang proseso at may tamang korte na magpapanagot kay GMA. Hayaan natin ang mga awtoridad ang gumawa nito,” opined Bastes.

Arroyo had been asking the government to allow her to go abroad for a medical treatment on her “rare” bone disease.

But Aquino, earlier this week, rejected Arroyo’s request amid concerns that she would no longer return to the country and escape her cases of plunder and electoral sabotage.

Aquino instead offered to bring into the country foreign medical experts to check on the former president, and now Pampanga lawmaker. [CBCPNews]

MANILA, Nov. 22, 2011—A Catholic bishop urged the Aquino administration to exert similar effort in resolving the high profile Maguindanao massacre case, as to what it did to former president Gloria Arroyo.

Cotabato Auxiliary Bishop Jose Colin Bagaforo said the government’s handling of Arroyo’s electoral sabotage case only show that it can expedite things if there is a will.

“If they can have a speedy resolution on GMA’s case in a matter of overnight, they can also do it for the Maguindanao massacre,” Bagaforo told Catholic Church-run Radyo Veritas.

“If the government is serious and give top most priority on the resolution of the case, I think they have all the resources for that and they can do it,” he said.

But the way it appears right now, the bishop lamented that there seems to be no sense of urgency being shown by the national leadership.

“We are not satisfied. We are not pleased with the progress of the case… the way it looks, the speedy resolution of the case is not a government priority,” Bagaforo said.

A total of 57 people, including 32 journalists, were killed in the Nov. 23, 2009 massacre blamed on the Ampatuan clan, a prominent family in Central Mindanao.

Currently, the court trial is being conducted by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court under Judge Jocelyn Solis – Reyes twice a week, or every Wednesday and Thursday.

An official of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) also called on the public to keep the “fire” alive in seeking justice for the victims of the carnage.

“Sana lang ay huwag kalimutan na may mahahalaga ring kaso gaya ng Maguindanao Massacre ang higit na nangangailangan ng tulong at katarungan,” said Fr. Edu Gariguez of the CBCP’s National Secretariat for Social Action.

After dropping by at Manaoag Shrine, Pangasinan, about 1PM on April 20, 2011, as part of our so-called "MK Luzon Tour", we decided to go to our next destination: Baguio City!!! Uly decided to take Kennon Road, said to be the shortest route to Baguio from Rosario, La Union. As always, I took pictures and video while on the go. Got pictures of Kennon Road junction, toll booth, the falls at Kennon Road (I forgot the name) and the prestigious Lion's Head- the well-known marker before reaching Baguio City proper. We all enjoyed the view and the ride passing through the well-known zigzag road. We stopped at Lion's Head for about half an hour, treating ourselves with "strawberry taho" from taho vendors around and posing for pictures.

I took some pictures along the way including some welcome arcs and some landmarks we passed through. We arrived at around 12:30 in the afternoon. This is my second time visiting the place. April 20, 2011 early in the morning, despite of all the hassles, politicking and trials to us, the so-called "MK's" of Barangay 176, natuloy din sa wakas ang plano naming MK Luzon Tour. We used the Isuzu Crosswind service vehicle of the Kagawad's and the Nissan Urvan of the barangay contractor, Ms. Lilia Depano. We left Bagong Silang at around 6AM. On board Nissan Urvan were Ate Diding Velez and Kuya Felix, Uly Abaca, Ms. Nanette Adduru, SK Staff Cristopher De Guzman, Jimmy Loristo and Ate Lydia Arciaga. Jeff Ocampo, nephew of the contractor was the driver. On board Isuzu Crosswind were me, Yho and Joan Rabulan.

We had a meal around 10AM in a carinderia located along the highway in Capas, Tarlac. My SMART Locator told me that we were located in Brgy. Estrada (Calingcuan), Capas, Tarlac. After the meal, we took some pictures before driving again to Manaoag, Pangasinan. We saw SM City Tarlac en-route.

Held last April 14, 2011 at the grounds of barangay hall after the regular sangguniang barangay session. This activity has been spearheaded by the incumbent Punong Barangay Inar Trinidad & his council. It is usually done after the first regular session of the month to which all the barangay officials and employees are able to eat lunch simultaneously using the "boodle fight" tradition of the military.

Last April 9 to 10, we went on a "Zambales Tour" with some friends and co-workers of Barangay 176. Actually, it is an outing for the Treasurer's Office. It just so happen that Kagawad Joel Bacolod is the committee chairman of budget, finance and appropriations of our barangay, and in effect, the treasurer's office is somehow under his jurisdiction. Excited ako sa pag-alis dahil matagal na rin akong hindi nakakapunta sa Zambales. The last time I went there was in April of 1994 at Baloy Beach Resort during the summer outing of Grandorient Mills Corp., the company to which my mom had worked since 1970's.

We departed Bagong Silang at around 1:00 a.m. of April 9 on board the usual crosswind of Kagawad's. Willy Faraon and Jojo Ramirez drove the vehicle. Kagawad Aida Corrales was also with us but she used her own vehicle for the trip. The staff of the treasurer's office left Bagong Silang at around 3:00 a.m. that day also sing a chartered bus Gloren Trans. On the way to Zambales was very fun... for we don't know the location of Pundaquit. All we have is the name of the resort, Villa Janella, and we have to locate it since none of us knew the place. First timers kaming lahat sa Pundaquit. Nakakawala pa ng antok ang mga patawa ni Ogie Corrales at ni Patrick Chua. Our first stop was in a gas station before Olongapo City proper to refuel. There we took some pictures that made the gasoline boy laughed. Siguro akala nya mga baliw kami! Ang kukulit kasi. Bidang-bida si Camoteng Willy!

We also asked the gasoline boy where is Pundaquit located and he gladly gave us the direction. We drove again until we reach the town of Castillejos, Zambales. We stopped infront of the public market and we had a hot "goto". Pero lugaw lang naman yun na may konting laman! Haha.. goto na sa kanila yun.. Ok na rin, nabusog naman kami. And before we left the store, we bought varieties of junks para may "kutkutin" habang nasa byahe.

We finally arrived in San Antonio, Zambales at around 4:30 a.m. and we hired a tricycle driver to guide us to Villa Janella's Resort in Pundaquit. Pagdating namin doon sa resort, ayun... napakadilim at walang tao maliban sa aso! Afterwards, nagising din yung caretaker at inorient kami tungkol sa resort.. kung ano ang meron sila. Then we took a walk-tour of the place and it was still very dark. Napagtripan namin lumakad sa buhanginan sa beach front at magpicture taking sa mga bangkang naka-dock doon.

The staff of the Barangay Treasurer's Office will be accommodated in this resort upon their arrival. We then decided to leave the resort to look for other possible alternative place to stay, for we thought that the place is not that awesome and accommodating on our part. It does not meet our expectations though. We did a resort-hopping, and to our dismay, we learned that almost all resort is fully-booked that time! Mahirap pala ang walk-in sa Pundaquit pag weekend, specially ngayong summer season. We waited at Nora's Beach Resort information desk to open, hoping that there is still a vacant room or some people will be checking out that morning... and again, to our dismay, the information desk officer told us that they are fully-booked that day, and they have guests expected to arrive that morning! He then suggested Sir William's Resort and Villa Garcia, a resort not far from Nora's. Sir William's was fully-booked but thanks God because the neighboring resort, Villa Garcia, has two studio-type airconditioned room still available! The owner, Mrs. Lucy Santiago, wife of the former Punong Barangay of Pundaquit, priced the room at PhP 3,500 for an overnight stay!!! Oh my... we had no choice but to get the room to have a place to stay. And besides, we're all very tired and we want to have some sleep that morning before starting our activities. After waking up at 9:00 a.m. , we went to San Antonio public market to have a breakfast. Sorry to say, there are no available meal being sold at Villa Garcia's resort or elsewhere. You really have to bring your own foods and cook it there. Kagawad Aida, however, decided to stay in the resort to rest and sleep more. We had our breakfast at a burger house at the back of San Antonio municipal hall. . We were lucky because they are serving traditional Filipino breakfast meals... the ___-SI-LOG's!!! Grabe ang sarap ng luto nila kahit medyo mahal, sulit naman. After kumain, ayun balik na uli kami sa Pundaquit at syempre, I took some pictures while on the way.

Pagbalik sa Villa Garcia's resort around 11:00 a.m., Kagawad Aida Corrales decided to go back to Manila for she is not feeling well. Likewise, she then refused to be taken any pictures while we were in Zambales for some personal reasons. Anyway, when she left, husband and wife Ogie and Christy Corrales opted to stay with us though. We then decided to visit our friends at Villa Janella's resort to see what is happening there and to exchange pleasantries and stories of our trip. We took our lunch there and I took some pictures of the people and the scenery... very relaxing!

After hours of swimming, na-curious kami sa dami ng mga tourists na gustong tumawid sa Capones at Camara Island, kaya hindi na namin pinalampas ang pagkakataon na puntahan din ang isa sa mga island na nakikita sa gitna ng dagat. At dahil 3:00 p.m. na yun, we decided to go to the nearest island from Pundaquit shoreline, ang Camara Island na nasa gitna ng tatlong island na makikita sa gitna ng dagat. Si Bryan ang naging negotiator namin dun sa bangkero.. hehe.. we got the boat at PhP 800.00 back & forth the island.

The boat ride was awesome! It was indeed a an unforgettable experience for all of us. Upon arrivng in Camara Island, we were amazed by huge rock formation in the island. The boat men say Camara Island is a big chunk of rock and no soil or land can be found in the island... only sand and rock and some plants to which we were not that familiar. We were fascinated by the beauty of the island, the waters, the scenery, the skies.. everything was perfect! No words to describe our happiness that time. The white sand, though not that fine as Boracay, is really beautiful with pebbles and corals. The water is crystal clear and the waves are quite strong. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in the island... it's indeed a paradise!

Around 6:00 p.m. when our boat man said that we have to go back to the resort because the sea waves might get rough as night approaches and the wind blows stronger. Plus the fact that there is no electricity in the island, nor we have a portable source of light in case we planned to stay longer beyond 6:00p.m. We prepared ourselves to go back to Pundaquit mainland and we left the island with a smile...and a relaxed and peaceful mind though our stay was too short to fully discover and roam around the island. Our boat ride going back was indeed an adventure! The boat man was correct when he said that waves might get bigger as night approaches. There it was... we saw and felt it while crossing the sea!!! Though there is fear in all of us, we know that we are in good hands and we just enjoyed the boat ride though.

Upon reaching the shores of Pundaquit, we waited for the boat of Kagawad Joel Bacolod, Patrick Chua and Willy Faraon for they were left behind in Camara Island. Bryan, Jojo, Ogie, Christy and I were the first to be fetched to the resort. The boat cannot accommodate more than 4 people. And while waiting for them, I took some pictures of Mt. Pundaquit, Capones & Camara Island... And when they finally arrived, we went straight to our room, washed ourselves and relaxed a bit. At syempre, si Patrick Chua, hindi pinalampas ang pagkakataon na makapagpa-picture sa aming bangkero! Haha... type ng hitad ang boat man!

After resting, we decided to visit our friends again at Janella's Resort. And again, we took our dinner there and we had a bad experience with the caterer brought by the Barangay 176 contractor. Ogie Corrales will never forget that arrogant and stupid staff of the caterer. After dinner, we did some picture taking and as usual, exchange of pleasantries.

We went back to Villa Garcia after that horrible experience with the caterer and we drank till dawn. April 10... upon waking up in the morning, we prepared ourselves and pack our things to leave the resort. We will be heading next to Olongapo City to take our breakfast there in a house of my friend. We bought our food at Olongapo City public market then we were met by the owner of the house to whom we'll be staying to take our breakfast. We proceeded to his house at "Little Baguio", a community on a hill, and we have to literally climb the steep stairs going there. We were laughing all the time to Willy... for he had a hard time climbing those steps! The place somehow has a resemblance to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto in Baguio City. After eating and resting for a while, we went down to go on our way back home...

Generally, our trip was indeed a memorable one! Being in the company of Kagawad Joel Bacolod, Ogie & Christy Sangines-Corrales, Patrick Chua, Willy Faraon, Jojo Ramirez and Bryan Balanon was an ease. It's really a good decision that we had an itinerary of our own rather than joining the big group of barangay staff in that trip. I should say, if not because of our consolidated will to be on our own, our trip will surely be a "botched"! Haha...

Anyway, for those planning to go to Pundaquit and looking for an accommodation for an overnight or longer stay, I recommend Villa Garcia, not that luxurious, but a good place to stay somehow. Just contact the owner, Mrs. Lucy Santiago at 09183191504 or 09065726876. Until then!

Had a great time bonding and drinking with the Chief of Staff's of Barangay 176, Zone 15 District I, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. Topic during today's "ceremonial" lunch-drinking was the planned Manaoag-Baguio-Vigan-Laoag-Pagudpud-Baguio-Manila trip this coming April 20 to 24, 2011. It was held at MK7 Lyn Surla's house at Phase 9 Package 1. Attendees were MMK Nanette Adduru, SK Staff Chris, Lyn Surla (MK7) of course, Janice Abejo (MK6), Ulysses Abaca (MK5), Diding Velez (MK4), Jimmy Lorsito (MK3) and yours truly, Waldz Renales (MK1). K7 Staff Joan Rabulan was also present. Lydia Arciaga (MK2) was absent due to numerous commitment she had to finish today. Kagawad Joel Bacolod (K1) and Kagawad Tony Cabantac (K7) were also present. The Vice Mayor Egay Erice & Kagawad Joel Bacolod Basketball Cup 2011 in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City held its closing day & championship last April 3, 2011, Sunday, at Phase 8A Covered Court (commonly called "Bidang" Covered Court to residents). The team from Phase 8 won the championship, while Phase 9 placed second and Phase 1 got the third place.

The event was graced by no less than the commissioner of the league, the Honorable Vice Mayor of Caloocan City, the very diplomatic and humble Vice Mayor Egay Erice. Present also during the event is former Councilor of Caloocan First District, the Honorable Gualberto "Boy" Bacolod who exerted his all-out support to the organizer of the league, the Honorable Kagawad Joel S. Bacolod, his son, who spearheaded the event since its opening last January 15, 2011 alongside the week-long celebration of Sto. Niño Parish fiesta.

Greys Sollano and Jeycel Torrelino of Sto. Niño Parish Holy Angels Choir also rendered a song number during the half-time of the championship game. Bryan Balanon and Greeniel Pinca, also members of Holy Angels Choir were present.

The event was hosted by Camille Reboredo and Billy Jen Regalario (Baki).

April 2, 2011 after the usual vocal workout given by Kuya Ramil Alejo, the Director of Music Ministry, some of the Holy Angels Choir members went straight to Mavic Gutierrez' house in Gesen for a bit of drinking session and to have some bonding moment with the new members of the choir. Personally, I do not know their names! haha... but their faces were becoming more and more familiar to me. Regular members present were Ryan Venus, Lawrence Irinco, Nia Baja, Greeniel Pinca, Grace Sollano, Jeycel Torrelino, John Torrelino, Lauro Aldover, Kimphee De Leon and Sanny Rellores. As usual, "patak-patak para makalaklak" has always been the system! haha... A bottle of Emperador Light, cornik and other junks were in table to complete the "ceremonial" drinking... hehe..

Went to SM City Marilao last March 29, 2011... wala lang... it's just a joyride using Willy's newly bought second hand Nissan car.. haha.. The ride was smooth and the airconditioning system was pretty much good! We also enjoyed watching a dancing traffic aide infront of the mall along Mc Arthur Highway (as you can see in the video...) that really made us have a good laugh!!! This was my first time to visit SM City Marilao again after 3 years or so. Had a good "merienda" at KFC SM City Marilao that afternoon. A finger-lickin' KFC original recipe chicken bucket meal with mashed potatoes and macaroni salad on the side is really great!

At Sto. Niño Parish Music Ministry, our members are committed to creating an environment that best enables our community to fully participate in worship. In the music department, we seek to fulfill that commitment by encouraging participation through the use of well-trained songs, thoroughly prepared choirs and instrumentalists, and thoughtfully chosen song texts that reflect the scriptural readings and lessons of the season.

As a worshipping community, we are called to take our part in the liturgy. Just as the priest has gestures and words that he must recite or sing in order for the Eucharistic celebration to be fulfilled, so does the congregation have its own responsibilities of gesture, word, and song. We are here for the sole purpose of praising our God – just as the saints and angels are doing at the very same time with us!

For some, the love of music calls them to be more fully involved in the Ministry of Music. Here, we become a more intimate family that joins together in friendship, faith and harmony to worship and praise the Lord. If you are drawn to give thanks to God for the special gifts that He has given to you, you are very much welcome to join our ministry. We have all experienced the joy of receiving abundant blessings in return for our gifts of time, talent, and treasure!

The Vision of the Sto. Niño Parish Music Ministry is:

To sing God’s praises in song
To grow in our abilities, and so
To competently lead the congregation
To be an integral part of the liturgy
To be an active member of our community
To grow in fellowship with each other.

Various chorale groups under Sto. Niño Parish Music Ministry rehearses in the Parish Church usually on Wednesday evening (for elder groups, such as Apostolado ng Panalangin Choir and Confraternity of the Passion Choir) and every Friday and Saturday evening (for younger chorale groups, such as Blessed Harmony Choir, Holy Rhythm Chorale, Holy Angels Choir and Youth Choir) from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Changes to this schedule is clearly announced from time to time using all possible means. The choir also meets at the Parish premises 30 minutes prior to scheduled Mass. The elder choir regularly sings at the 5:30 and 7:00 a.m. during Sunday Mass. Younger chorale groups usually sings at 8:30, 10:00 a.m., 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. during Sunday Mass on a basis of a rotating schedule for each group in order to bring individual group’s music to the entire community, with the exception of Youth Choir, a group scheduled to sing every Saturday 6:00 p.m. for youth mass .

There is also a core-group choir in every phases chapel (Phase 1, 4, 8A and 8B). These groups sings during Sunday Mass in their respective chapels as scheduled.

Meanwhile, the children’s choir of Sto. Niño Parish, the Munting Kerubin Choir, provides young children the opportunity to sing to the Mass, and to learn early in their Christian lives the joy of sharing their musical gifts. Through their involvement they learn the importance of actively participating in the Church community and are rewarded with a greater understanding and appreciation of the Liturgy. The children’s choir (MKC) sings every 4:00 p.m. during Sunday Mass. The children’s choir is under the direction of MR. BONG HERNANDEZ.

Nice to hear that! Taga- Quezon kasi si Archbishop Lagdameo!!! Kababayan!!! hehe... Archbishop Socrates Villegas and Bishop Luis Antonio Tagle, though much anticipated by many to be the best possible successor of the incumbent Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales, are still young... they can still wait.

only recently, i encountered a great trouble handling an event (Barangay Idol) that is regretable indeed... i really really regret being in it, as it is only a waste of time i realized somehow... it was a stupid experience handling and meeting those plastic souls pretending to be "idol" outside... yung iba nga dun matagal ko ng kasama... pero sabi nga, nothing is constant in this world but "change"... biglang nag-transform agad sa plastic... to the extent of some being an "orocan" !!! wheew....in layman's term: ... ah... PLASTICS!!!
on the other hand, its quite a blessing being in that exhaustive silliness... 'cause I chanced upon new personalities whom I can consider "treasure" ... kayo yun JL Guevarra at Jonjie Duzon... Thanks for living in our principles and staying stucked on our "bonding" wahahaha... ewan ko lang sa bonding nila... kung ano maitatawag dun...
parang celfone lang yan eh.. sila yung "china phone" na pirated... maganda lang sa labas pero madaling masira at ma-stroke,.. kayong dalawa naman yung "original" na kahit ibagsak at "ILAGLAG" ng maraming beses eh buhay pa rin at solid na solid!!!

I recently tried GLOBE DUO and here's what can I say about the service:

walang kuwenta!!! nag-try ako mag-register for 1 day just to try it, nka-register naman & globe had given me a landline # (02-5046367)… pero hindi ako naka-connect kahit once sa kahit anong landline!!! its a waste of money & time really…and when i called 211 (globe toll-free prepaid hotline) the customer service told me that there are some globe prepaid nos. that are still not set by the system for globe duo including mine (09176670566)!!! huh??? at wala sila masabi kundi “sorry for the inconvenience”… bullshit….

August 5, 2009 9AM, nanood ako ng requiem mass para sa namayapang pangulong Corazon Aquino bago s’ya I libing. Grabe, ang aga ko nagising that day just to witness another event in our history. Before the final commendation, Cory’s daughter Kris Aquino gave a message in behalf of their family. I was touched by her message… basta… it was direct and honest… unlike the message delivered by her brother Sen. Noynoy Aquino during the necrological services a day before. Noynoy’s statement was rather political than personal. ‘Yun lang. Isang maulan na panahon sa inyong lahat!!!

Change topic… That same day, around 4:30pm, to my surprise, my Baby Yho called me. Wala lang… nagkwento lang kung nasaan s’ya at nagumusta. I was touched by that and it truly made my day right. Hehehe… Nung time na tumawag s’ya, nasa office kami ni Bryan. 3PM kasi nagpunta kami ni Bryan sa barangay para tumambay sa office, at the same time gumawa na rin s’ya ng visual aid na kailangan nya sa school report nya. Mga 7PM dumating naman si Vicente dito sa office, punta raw sana s’ya sa simbahan, kaso nakita n’ya na bukas pa ilaw sa bintana ng office kaya dito na lang s’ya pumunta. Around 8PM na kami nakauwi ni Bryan sa bahay. Maulan na panahon, as usual…

July 27, 2009… last SONA ni Pres. GMA, wala lang, time check… it’s 8:30am, andito lang ako sa office. Sabi may pasok daw. Kaninang 6am tumugtog pa ako sa daily mass sa Sto. Niño Parish. Thanks kay Bryan dahil hinatid n’ya ako sa Phase 1 at hindi ko na kinailangang mag-commute. This is such a peaceful day. After kung tumugtog punta na ako sa office at nakita ko sina Konsehal Boy Bacolod at Kagawad Joel na nakatambay sa may harap ng barangay. Papunta na sila sa anniversary ng Iglesia Ni Cristo sa Rizal Memorial Football Stadium.

Kahapon, July 26, umikot kami ni Erwin sa mga parokya na nasasakupan ng Bagong Silang, nagdala kami ng invitation letter sa mga choir nila para sa laity week mini concert at choir competition. So far ok naman ang response nila sa invitation. Nakakatuwa dahil mukhang may pag-asang ma-gather ang vicariate choir sa hinaharap, and this is the start. Ngayon pa na may contact na ang mga mentors at choir heads sa bawat isa. Plus the fact na very supportive ang Parish Priest ng Phase 10 na si Fr. Augustinus Suwondo, SS.CC. sa idea na ‘yun. Tutulong dawe s’ya for it to materialize.

Nakakatuwa rin ang every Sunday night na meeting ng Music Ministry. Every meeting kasi ay may nakatokang grupo ng magpapakain pagkatapos ng meeting. Nauna nang magpakain ang AP, then followed by Confrats, tapos kagabi ung HRC.. next Sunday yung HAC na… hehehe.. Ano kaya ipapakain ni papa Lawrence??? Ayun, enjoy ang mga bata. At least kahit sa pagkain eh nagkakaroon ng bonding ang mga loko. For the past 3 Sundays na naguusap ang Music Ministry officers eh may na-aattain naman. Buti na lang! At least hindi saying ang foods! Goodluck din sa amin… Hehehe…

Last July 3, 2009, isang taon na palang wala si lolo Ben, kaya ayun, whether I like it or not, I have to go to Gumaca, Quezon to attend the traditional "babang luksa". Thanks sa generosity ni Kagawad Joel Bacolod dahil ipinagamit nya sa akin ang Crosswind na service sana nya for that day. Nakakatuwa dahil nakasama si Bryan Balanon (lagi naman... hehehe...) pati si Vicente!!! (bahal kayo kung sino si Vicente!!!). At 5am nasa Camarin-Kiko na kami to pick-up my brother Jay-R, sabay daw sya sa amin para makatipid ng pamasahe. Around 8:30am na kami nakarating sa Taguan. Ayun, kain muna ng almusal.. tinola at pritong tambakol courtesy of Tita Nene. Tapos byahe na uli papuntang Gumaca, Quezon. Sumama rin pala si Meanne at tita Bunso. Saya ng byahe namin. Kulit ba naman ng mga kasama. Enjoy sila dahil idinaan ko sila sa 'Old Zigzag Road" sa Atimonan, Quezon where they saw Quezon National Forest Park. Enjoy sa magagandang view at zigzag road ang mga bata. Around 12noon na kami nakarating sa Gumaca, tamang-tama, eksaktong lunch na. Tapos, inom naman ng lambanog courtesy of my tiyo and pinsan na manginginom doon. 2pm we decided to go back to Taguan... dropby muna kami sa sementeryo to visit lolo Ben. Sumabay na rin sa amin si Lola Para. Ayun, on the way back eh dumaan uli kami sa Quezon National Forest Park where we stopped for a while at the Atimonan Tourist Reception Area... We chanced upon the Mayor of the town, Mayor Jose Mendoza. Ang bait ni Mayor at very accomodating. We were fascinated by the on-going construction of the image of the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary (town patron) in mountainside. 6pm na kami nakarating sa Taguan. Relx-relax then after dinner, around 8:30pm, byahe na uli papuntang Bagong Silang. 12midnight na kami nakarating. Hehehe...

Kakalungkot talaga panahon lately... bukod sa maulan na, ang dami pang kabadtripan na nagyari sa inyong lingkod... Ngayon naniniwala na ako na pagkatapos ng maraming masyang pangyayari sa buhay ng isang tao eh puro kalungkutan naman ang kasunod... so sad. Last quarter ng 2008, sobra akong naging masaya sa mga pangyayari sa buhay ko after the death of my grandfather and my mom last July 2008, akala ko wala ng katapusan 'yon. Panandalian lang pala! Kaya ito, busy uli sa dating buhay na nakagawian... solo flight at enjoying life na come what may na lang. Salamat na lang sa mga taong naging dahilan ng kasiyahan at kalungkutan sa buhay ko! Hehehe... fuck you kayong lahat! Mg putang ina n'yo!!!! Wahahaha.. akala n'yo magmumukmok ako dahil lang 'dun? HINDEEE!!! Hindi kayo kawalan...
